• Invoice Consultation: Each month, users can view their generated invoice, which is identical to the paper version sent. Invoices can be downloaded and printed for record-keeping.
• Service Configuration: The app enables users to effortlessly adjust their service features, such as call forwarding and voicemail settings.
• Consumption Review: Users can monitor their consumption for both fixed and mobile services. Special attention is given to displaying any usage that exceeds the contracted package, including international calls.
• Expense Control: To avoid unexpected charges, users can activate or deactivate roaming, premium services, and international calls as needed.
• Call History Consultation: The app provides access to the list of calls made from both fixed and mobile phones.
• Contacting Adamo: For any questions or concerns while using the app, users can conveniently access a button to chat with Adamo directly from the application.
